When the addiction ends, one realizes what it was here to do. I fought with it as if my life depended on it only to find that life depends on nothing. But all depends on life. Let the mind desire anything it wants. Let it create whatever illusions it needs to perpetuate its existence. Don't be bothered with its content. Look at the structures. Observe their impermanence. Focus on the unchanging and the changing shall lose all power over you.
When does it all seem so real and heavy while its all illusive and light. Its your energy that makes it so. Stop taking it all so seriously. Smile and realise that it becomes what you want it to be. It all depends on your perspective and how you see. Instead of trying to understand, just watch the mind. When it is looking to separate and divide. You be one. You be kind.
